Design Lead As the Lead of our autonomous design team, you will lead a small team of designers in creating and implementing key product design work across various Athos products, included digital, apparel and HW/SW interaction systems. Senior Backend Engineer As the Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will lead and direct activities involved in developing, maintaining and updating our backend data platform. Data Engineer As a key resource in our Sports Science and Technology group (SST), you will be participating in the three main missions of the team. Participate in the design and development of our data platform, as well as lead the exposure of the team’s work into the platform. This consists in integrating, testing and monitoring the algorithms and ensuring end-points for consumption to client software (back-end, front-end, ops). Algorithms design and development, consisting in fine-tuning algorithms after we confirmed their potential, into something that is production ready (meaning hitting X% performance, addressing edge-cases in the best manner and identifying pitfalls or misuses that need to be avoided, as well as sometimes have them run real-time). Ad-hoc data analysis, consisting in supporting Research and Business Development to analize data from the ground-up and produce reports. This can be exploratory work to give a sense of how valid an hypothesis on the data might be and how much it would work if we had to turn it into production, or rather generate reports including the latest cutting edge algorithms for premium partners when these algorithms are not yet ready to be used widely on production. Team Solution Manager Athos is seeking a professional to work within our Partnerships organization who’s worked with elite athletes in a strength & conditioning or athletic training capacity and has helped athletes and coaches leverage biometric data. You will help US professional and Division I teams understand the power of the Athos Training System. The right candidate will be a client focused team player with experience selling solutions that challenge thoughts, have excellent communication skills that drive success in market and help drive cross functional alignment within Athos.
Our ideal candidate has: Experience in strength and conditioning and/or athletic training. Bonus if it’s with Professional or Division I athletes. A proven track record of helping coaches and athletes leverage data to improve player performance. Bonus if you’ve worked with “biometric” data and held & achieved sales quota. A solution mindset: You solve problems by gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ programs and developing a solution with your expert knowledge of the Athos Training System. Data analysis and critical thinking skills that will help you leverage your understanding of strength & conditioning to find insights with Athos data that help clients hit their goals. Leverage data and insights to build a “no brainer” case for partners to leverage Athos to build better athletes and achieve their goals. Sales & Marketing Support Specialist The main pillar of this role will be supporting our Sales & Marketing team. You’ll coordinate Sales & Marketing projects, from Sales enablement collateral to conference preparation, and lead generation and CRM maintenance. You may work alongside our Content Marketing Lead on customer testimonials and quotes one day, and conference materials the next. We receive interest from athletes around the globe, that’s where you come in! You'll play an important role in helping to connect those leads to our sales team, so they can do what they do best- sell!
Customer Service: When you are not supporting your teammates on the Sales team, you’ll be on the front lines, helping customers directly. You will handle front-line support via email/chat both pre-sale and post-sale. You will delight customers with deep, smart, proactive support. Plus, you will have ownership of documentation and other support collateral (instructional videos, help articles and product screencasts). In this role, you’ll wear many hats, giving you the chance to explore various paths: support, sales, marketing, and operations.
