DSP Engineer

Athos is an early stage venture-backed startup developing a game-changing product for the fitness and athletic market. We are creating wearable technology two generations ahead of current market leaders. We combine this with back-end data processing to provide real-time feedback to optimize and improve an athlete’s performance.

The candidate will define and implement DSP algorithms for signal processing. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help drive a product without much oversight.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Experience designing and implementing DSP algorithms
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters Preferred) with signal processing curriculum
• Proficient in embedded programming and debug, C/C++, assembly, etc.
• Application experience in bio-signal processing
• Experience with multi-rate and adaptive filter techniques
• Able to define filter specifications from signal analysis and noise characteristics
• Implementation experience on power and resource constrained systems
• Experience with Matlab and/or Numpy/Scipy
