With the addition of Intensity Zones on the Athlete Profile, you, the coach can now truly answer the question of “how hard was practice?” with volume (Training Load) and intensity (Intensity Zones) of practice for each athlete. Tracking internal load puts you ahead as you can see how individuals are responding to the external load from your practice. 

To find Intensity Zones for each athlete: 

  1. Open up the Athlete Profile
  2. See the new Training Load and Intensity Zones per athlete at the top of the Athlete Profile.
  3. Click on the arrow icon to open the glance.
