Weekly Summary

  1. Open Athos App

  2. Tap on the “Performance” tab.

  3. Tap on “This Week” to see the Weekly Insights.

  4. The Weekly Summary tracks your progress weekly. There are three parts to the report:

a. This Week’s Top Problem – shows problem and personalized program assigned

b. Correctives – Are you completing all your corrective exercises?

c. Weekly Progression – progress towards your goal week by week
