Athos 14 Day Return & Exchange Policy
- 14 day no-hassle returns and exchanges on all purchases for any reason
- Free shipping for all purchases, returns and exchanges
- 90 day warranty for all garments and 1 year for all hardware
We believe in happy customers and hassle-free returns. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, reach out to our team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The shipping cost is on us too!
Normal wear on returned gear is fine, and we expect you’ll take it out for a spin, but products must not be damaged or altered. Once your return makes it back to us, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. We aim to issue the refund as quickly as possible, but it can take up to three business days from the return delivery date.
If you purchased an Athos product from a third party, please contact them directly for information about eligible returns.

** If you would like to initiate an exchange, just email us and specify what you are returning, and what you’d like us to send you in exchange. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and follow up with your new tracking number as soon as we receive your return.
The fine print
We love helping our customers find the right size, however size exchanges are limited to two (2) per person. We encourage all customers to consult with our size guides to find their perfect fit. If you’re still unsure of which size to choose, just ask our Support Team and they’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
We currently only offer shipping to the U.S. If you decide to work with a 3rd party forwarding service to get Athos outside of our usual region, please note that we are only responsible for shipping costs and liability of orders mailed to a US address.(Last Updated: June 27, 2016)
